Skyridge Drive was an entitlement and land development in 1998 of an 80 acre land parcel into 60 single family homes on the ridgeline of Pacifica overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Pacifica, Ca. The project was entitled through the City of Pacifica and required easements with the California State Department of Transportation.
