In 2008, the development of  30 single family row-houses on a 30,000 square foot site located in the Upper Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. These cedar-shingle, three story homes with small yards and one car parking garages shared a common driveway and courtyard. The homes were sold and some were held for investment. Project was entitled in 2004 and successfully completed in 2008. Demand was strong due to strategic decision to differentiate from condominium product by building new single family home product in San Francisco. Project was financed by Bank of the West.
