A mixed-use city block repurposing and disposition.

Bryant Square was the acquisition in 1997 of an entire city block South of Market. This strategic acquisition repositioned and then sold parcels separately with various entitled uses. The uses included a for-sale loft condominium project in an historic brick building, the development of a land site for residential, a retail site and various buildings for office use.
