A 2007, Whole Foods anchored mixed-use development with 127 residential units.

Entitled in 2005, this mixed-use project took 4 years to obtain redevelopment and re-zoning approval of this downtown Novato industrial site. The Lalanne Group negotiated the long term lease with Whole Foods, the anchor tenant for this project. This was the first major mixed use urban infill project in downtown Novato. Signature Properties was a partner, the builder and the developer of the project.
