A mixed use project of 70 condominiums with 22,000 square feet of ground floor retail and an 88 car public parking garage. The project is located in NOPA and the Divisadero corridor near Golden Gate Park and was completed in 2006. The retail tenants centered in a market hall arrangement included Falletti’s Market, Peet’s Coffee, Bank Of America, Fell Depot Cleaners, SF Verde Florist, Delessio Café and Bakery, and Nopalito. This project has received many accolades for its community based design, Craftsman architecture and successful public gathering place-making. The condominiums were marketed and sold by Signature Properties. The Lalanne Group continues to own and manage the retail and parking garage.
