The Lalanne Group was retained as a fee developer to redevelop 130 apartment units of  UCSF student housing on Parnassus Hill above the UCSF Medical Center campus. A series of 3-story wood frame buildings were re-built on existing pads replacing older structures. This $18M project was completed in 1999. Project was owned and financed by UCSF.
