Potrero Center is the redevelopment of a 225,000 square foot grocery anchored retail center in the heart of San Francisco.

A 1996, 225,000 square foot retail center development at 16th and Potrero St. Tenants included Safeway, the Gap, Office Depot, Ross, 24 Hour Fitness, Peet’s, Noah’s Bagels, Chase Bank. The project was financed by Bank One. Construction took two years to compete and included a 600 car parking structure.
