A 2002, 93 unit residential development project in downtown Oakland. It was the first housing development entitled under Mayor Jerry Brown’s 10K Program to bring housing to downtown Oakland.
The site was awarded to The Lalanne Group under a public bid, RFP process and the entitlements took us approximately two years to obtain. The site is in the historic preservation park district of downtown Oakland.
